I personally felt so bad when I didn't use sections. Now everything is clearer and I know I have a nav, article, header, footer or section. Do you think this is the right thing to do? According to the world wide web consortium divs are just empty blocks meanwhile sections have a meaning even for search engines.

Personally, I like using Divs. makes things look more organized.

Actually when I got a job here where I live, one of the questions was:
Do you still use divs? Or sections?
Since then, I switched immediately to sections xD

What's the difference between Divs and Sections in coding? They basically do the same thing right?

Yes, but the browser and search engines interpret them differently.
Div is basically an empty block and it doesn't make any sense to the browser.
Meanwhile a section is naturally a division of stuff inside of it.

So if you were coding something, how would you implement a "Section" in your coding?

That comes down to your html abilities, I think you should learn it a bit.
You would benefit a lot more if you read a book from start to finish.
There are many ways to implement it.

As with <div> is there a tag like <section> is all that I meant by that question. I'm sure I'll learn about it through my studies in the upcoming semesters as I get into my Web Development classes.

That's actually really neat. I've never heard of that. One thing I might bring up in class just so I better understand the difference
