I personally felt so bad when I didn't use sections. Now everything is clearer and I know I have a nav, article, header, footer or section. Do you think this is the right thing to do? According to the world wide web consortium divs are just empty blocks meanwhile sections have a meaning even for search engines.

Personally, I like using Divs. makes things look more organized.

Actually when I got a job here where I live, one of the questions was:
Do you still use divs? Or sections? Since then, I switched immediately to sections xD |

Yes, but the browser and search engines interpret them differently.
Div is basically an empty block and it doesn't make any sense to the browser. Meanwhile a section is naturally a division of stuff inside of it. |

So if you were coding something, how would you implement a "Section" in your coding?

That comes down to your html abilities, I think you should learn it a bit.
You would benefit a lot more if you read a book from start to finish. There are many ways to implement it. |

As with <div> is there a tag like <section> is all that I meant by that question. I'm sure I'll learn about it through my studies in the upcoming semesters as I get into my Web Development classes.

That's actually really neat. I've never heard of that. One thing I might bring up in class just so I better understand the difference

Divs are just more organizational.. Never really used sections to be honest.
