Hi,

I would really appreciate some advice about running a forum. I started a forum 6 months ago. It started pretty well. I have 91 members. The problem is they don't post. The forum has no activity.

Would anyone be interested in checking it out? Maybe you can see something I don't see.

The name is a bit too long. Maybe reduce it to Heeey's Cafe?
The theme is horrible to the eyes and way too unprofessional.
Other than that you as an admin need to spend time advertising and posting on the forum itself.
