Do you usually use Illustrator or Photoshop? For what reason?
I think that both have their own strengths and there is a meaning why they cannot be compared.
Once is for graphics, the other is for photos.

I use both, but I prefer photoshop. I think Illustrator is better for editing.

I've never used Illustrator so Photoshop would be my choice. I have heard of some designers swapping to Illustrator though so there must be something to it.
