Has it happened to you yet as a staff? I've worked at a board where there were lots of members ragequitting (leaving the site due to drama/fighting with other members or not getting along with them, or members trolling/gossiping/rumouring about them and ..._)

It hasn't happened on my site(s). One of my main rules is no harassing other members. If someones does that, they are banned before it even has a chance to escalate.

Not in my communities but as a member I have seen this happen in some of the communities I've been part of.

I have seen it happen at several forums. That is why as an admin or a staff member I swash that stuff before it gets too heavy and heated.
